About Us

Togo Used Clothing Association (TUCA) was founded in 2007 by a group of traders and importers who recognised the need for a unified voice in the industry. At the time, the second-hand clothing sector was growing rapidly but lacked formal representation, leaving traders vulnerable to unfair regulations and limited access to support.

Over the years, TUCA has grown into one of Togo's most active trade associations, representing everyone from large-scale importers and wholesalers to individual retailers, consumers, and seamstresses who give clothes a second life.

Today, we continue to advocate for policies that support the growth of the industry, collaborate with government agencies to ensure fair enforcement of regulations, and work to create thousands of jobs and economic opportunities across the country.

Our mission

We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and meaningful. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.

Our vision

A sustainable and empowered second-hand clothing sector that creates lasting jobs, supports families, provides affordable clothing to all, and is recognised as a vital contributor to Togo's economy.
